Another super-food and also a MUFA with similar benefits to the other MUFAS (aka good fat). Starting to see a pattern? Again watch the portion size with these. They aid in weight loss, help with liver function, lower bad cholesterol, are high in potassium, and they are a good source of fiber, Vitamin E and folic acid. They also help prevent diabetes and cardiac problems. They are a great way to add fruit to your diet without feeling deprived of other foods.
